- Can I trust you? The horror stories are out there so what are you doing to show your visitors they can trust you? Pictures, testimonials, security certs, guarantees, BBB membership, and listings on known sites are ways to enhance trust worthiness.
- Can your new customer buy what they want easily? Add calls to action on every page. Add your phone number and contact info on every buy page. Make the checkout cart easy to find.
